  • Getty Babbitt was born and raised in Southeast Wyoming in a small town of 150 people. For the past 20 years Getty has worked in the Construction, Architecture or Engineering setting with most of his career in the Architectural Field.

    Since starting with FDL 5 years ago, Getty has been a part of over 59 completed residential projects and has +20 projects in the design or build phase. In Getty’s architectural career, he has been involved in projects ranging from small residential remodels, to large custom homes, to elementary schools, to medical facilities.

    In Getty’s civil engineering and surveying career, he has been involved with large pond design, road design and construction, oil and gas well pad design, drone and land survey, grading plans, platting and subdivision design.

    When away from his desk in the office, Getty can be found exploring the Big Horn mountains, hunting, golfing, paddleboarding or spending time with family and friends. Getty and his wife, Julie, have 4 beautiful girls.

  • Jessie grew up in a small town on the coast of California. She Graduated in 2012 with a Bachelors of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She received her Architect’s license in 2019 and holds licenses in both Wyoming and Montana. Inspired by a father that is also an architect, Jessie’s passion for architecture started at a young age. Jessie enjoys all things design, including building things with her hands, art, and nature. With ten years of working in wonderful architecture firms both in California and Wyoming Jessie has experience in hospitality, residential, and commercial projects. Designing and working closely with clients to create a beautiful, functional project is always her goal. Jessie joined the FDL team in May 2022 to help lead projects and expand architectural services.

    Jessie and her husband moved to Sheridan in 2018 when her husband’s company moved to the area. They love to spend time with their two young children and explore the beauty of the Big Horn Mountains.

  • Sam Barney is a Wyoming native born and raised in Ranchester. As a graduate of Casper College, he holds degrees in history and GIS. He continued his education with Grand Canyon University, earning his B.A. in secondary history education. While attending Casper College, Sam met his wife, Alexis. After living in Casper for 12 years they now reside, back home, in Ranchester. Sam and his wife love being outdoors whether it's in the mountains or back out on the ranch, and if they're not enjoying the great outdoors, they're planning their next big trip or adventure. Sam has worked in the construction and ranching industry most of his life. While living in Casper he worked as a surveyor for an engineering firm, and he is excited to continue that work with the FDL team.

  • Project Manager, PELS 14933, FAA Certified part 107 Remote Pilot (UAV/Drones)

    Jeremy was born and raised in Sheridan, WY. He graduated from Sheridan High School, went on to receive a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wyoming in December 2009. He also completed the certification program in Land Surveying from the University of Wyoming in May 2010. Jeremy has a license as a Professional Engineer and Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Wyoming. Jeremy has 12+ years of experience in a wide variety of Civil Engineering and Land Surveying projects including Municipal/Rural Engineering & planning, Water Resources, irrigation & Water Rights, floodplain analysis, drainage plans, Road & Bridge design, site plans & construction drawings, minor structural concrete design, Oil & Gas well pad design and planning, pond/reservoir design and permitting, Well Plats, Subdivision plats, boundary surveying & legal descriptions, construction surveying, and more.

    Jeremy’s wife, Janelle Quist, is an elementary school teacher (first grade) at Meadowlark school and they are expecting a baby boy, their first child, in January 2023.

  • Mandy was born and raised in Western Wyoming where her family has a large commercial farm. She graduated from Northwest College in Powell, Wyoming with an Associate of Science, Specializing in Drafting. She has worked in various engineering disciplines ranging from mechanical to civil engineering, drafting for 20+ years on projects in various parts of Wyoming. Some of the key focuses being on private and commercial development, Oil and Gas, and Municipalities work. She moved to Sheridan in 2014, with her husband, and they continue to enjoy being close to the mountains.

  • Dan is a dedicated architect who excels at designing buildings that are both functional and beautiful. He has a keen eye for detail and is always looking for ways to incorporate new technologies into his work processes. He holds an architecture license in Wyoming, Montana, and Colorado, with over 20 years of architectural design experience. He has spent 13 years of his career in Wyoming, where he has worked on a variety of high profile projects including schools, museums, libraries, and projects for the University of Wyoming. Dan also has a background in residential architecture.

    Dan is a proud resident of Sheridan, Wyoming, where he enjoys spending time with his wife and young child. He also volunteers in the community with the Downtown Sheridan Association Design Committee.

    When he is not working on his latest project, Dan can be found exploring the Big Horn mountains with his family on their mountain bikes or fly fishing in one of the many streams and rivers that run through the area. One of his hobbies is leather crafting. Other interests include raising backyard chickens and working on home improvement projects.

  • Megan and her family moved to Dayton, Wyoming in 2021. As a Kansas City native who grew up in several different Midwest states, she is excited that Wyoming is their place to call home and raise a family. Megan attended school at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. For the past 15 years Megan has spent time working in the Property Management field managing several large multi-family complexes in the Denver Metro area as well as Sheridan. Megan is excited to be a part of the FDL team and share her management experiences with the team. As office manager Megan communicates with clients and manages invoices and administrative tasks.

    Megan and her husband stay busy chasing around their 4-year-old son, 3-year-old daughter and crazy 1 year old Black Lab. As a family they enjoy spending all their time outside; they love camping, fishing, and spending as much time as possible in the mountains.
